Set up Authenticator App

If you prefer to use an authenticator app (instead of email OTP) simply follow the steps below.

How to set up your authenticator app

1. Log in to your Franklin account

2. Click on your name in the bottom left 

3. Click on “Profile”

4. Click on "Set up authenticator app"

5. Follow the steps
