To avoid you having to do manual transfers during the month, we partner with Mastercard Payment Services which allows us to automatically top-up your account. Mastercard charge a flat fee of €4 per month which is charged monthly (no matter the amount of top-ups).
Set up the top-up connection
- Visit Mastercard and click “Create agreement”
- Sign in with Mit-ID
- Fill out the form and choose Franklin as data provider by inserting our CVR number: 44194805 [video guide]
Configure your top-ups
- Use our calculator-template to determine the best setup for your top-ups
- Go to Settings to configure your automatic top-ups.
Please note: If you, at a later stage, need us to transfer from a different bank account (e.g. if you change banks), you’ll have to set up a new agreement with Mastercard Payment Service.
How to manage top-ups in accounting
Your ongoing transfers (top-ups) appear under Receipts together with your other transactions. They’re automatically categorized as Top up and assigned to the bank account you connected during your initial integration setup.
